Todos sabemos que las sopas ramen de fideos instantáneas no son la opción más saludable para comer pero si te gustan como a mi, puedes hacer que sepan mucho mejor y que tengan al menos algo de nutritivo al añadirle tus vegetales favoritos, aquí les comparto lo que a mi me gusta ponerle sabe muy rica! y si quieres realmente que sea algo más saludable desecha el paquete de sazonador que viene con la sopa y puedes ponerle la sal, pimienta y especies a tu gusto.
We all know that ramen noodles are not the healthiest option to eat but if you really like it like myself, you can make it taste better and have at least something nutritious by adding your favorite vegetables, here I share with you what I like to add to my ramen it tastes so good! and if you really want to make it a heathier option is better if you discard the flavoring package and you add your own salt, pepper and spices.
